Mageough is a Registered Charity and run by a Board of Trustees. The Trustees have regular meetings. Trustees also advise the Manager as required.

The Manager Mr David Wilkinson is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Home.David’s role is to provide the financial and management skills required. He is responsible for all non-health issues in the Mageough and reports directly to the Board of Directors/Trustees. Whilst The Mageough are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the external fabric of the Mageough, the Manager will also assist with any internal issues residents may have. All non-medical matters are referred to the Manager. He can be contacted at any time in an emergency situation.

David also co-ordinates the work of the handyman and works closely with both the Care Supervisor and Chaplain.

There is a refurbishment programme under way at the Home. This is being financed from our own resources together with grants from the Priorities Fund and donations from parishes and individuals. All refurbished houses have central heating and new kitchens installed and are fully rewired and replumbed and have walk in showers fitted.
